** Education and Experience

* Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,Business,or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

2+ years of technical experience (data, API, or compliance workflow related) 4+ years ofdirect

Salesforce administration experiencewithprogressive technical leadership. Strong knowledge of integrations, API monitoring, and compliance workflows. Preferred experience with other platforms and integrating them to Salesforce such asFMG(Salesforce synchronized marketing workflows), Coconut for appointment scheduling, Ring Central for integrated telephony features.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

** Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards. Knowledge &

Skills:

Specialized – Deepexpertisein Salesforce andwealth platforms.

Leadership & Org Development:
Limited – Individual contributor with cross-team liaison responsibilities.
