Duties- Take and defend depositions.
- Conduct legal research effectively.
- Brief and argue motions.
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills and legal analysis.
- Maintain organization and self-motivation.
- Work independently and deliver consistent work products.
- 2+ years of litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in Utah.
- Strong work ethic.
