Duties- Take and defend depositions effectively.
- Conduct thorough legal research.
- Brief and argue motions competently.
- Exhibit excellent writing skills and legal analysis.
- Maintain organization and self-motivation.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and independent work capability.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Utah.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in Utah.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Effective communication and argumentation abilities.
- Organizational and self-management skills.
