Join WSI Trash & Recycling Valet in Sandy, UT as a part‑time Trash & Recycling Valet Technician. Evening shifts Monday‑Friday offer a flexible way to earn extra income while maintaining a work‑life balance.

• Collect bagged trash, recycling, and broken‑down cardboard from residents’ door sides using on‑site equipment.
• Transport materials to designated on‑site dumpsters, trash chutes, or compactors.
• Separate recyclables into appropriate dumpsters and inspect for contamination.
• Engage residents professionally and provide a friendly service experience.
• Issue Educational Courtesy Compliance Notices for non‑compliant trash or contaminated recycling, taking required photos.
• Upload photos and compliance notices into the mobile app to document findings.
• Clean up any loose trash around dumpsters, chute rooms, or compactors.
• Return all equipment to its designated location after service completion.
• Additional tasks may include replacing bags at pet waste stations, collecting bagged pet waste, and managing community waste bins near doors or common areas such as pools and other amenities.
• At the end of each shift, check out using the mobile app.
• Position requires extensive walking, occasional stair climbing, and may require a personal open‑bed pickup truck in some communities.
• Promote resident satisfaction and recycling practices, contributing to a greener, cleaner living environment.
• Ascend and descend stairs, walk for long periods, and lift and carry bags of residential trash.

• Must be conscientious, reliable, and exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude toward on‑site management and residents.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle in Utah is required.
• Must be able to physically lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor and outdoor environments during various weather conditions.
• Must be able to ascend or descend stairs and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Possess a smartphone with an active data plan and location services enabled.
• Maintain valid documentation, including auto liability insurance and driver’s license, as required.
