Responsibilities- Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Document commissioning details; communicate deficiencies and progress.
- Plan work with Lead Technician and Team Leader.
- Assist with data backup from servers and set up automated backup procedures. Support troubleshooting and resolve inconsistencies in functional or operational sequences.
- Support confirmation of proper network performance.
- Run routine reports to review system operation and participate in final inspection and testing. Support customer acceptance and assist with customer training on system operations.
- Complete and submit routine written reports and provide plans and control system documents to engineering for as‑built drawings.
- Coordinate project site communication and support scheduling of trade contractors to coordinate startup services. Submit accurate time and expense reports.
- Work overtime when needed. Compressed schedule performance may require extended hours to meet commitments.
- Work rotational on‑call and/or minimal overnight travel.
- Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures. Provide dedicated support to our customers in a team environment.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience installing and servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
- Electro‑mechanical experience (prior role or education) and PC/software skill.
- On‑the‑job experience reading, understanding, and interpreting design and construction documents.
- Willingness to operate in varied conditions, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, high lifts, ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, and above ceilings.
- Ability and willingness to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet, and to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver's license with limited violations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or state‑recognized GED;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related field.

Salary Range: $48,230 – $82,680
