Job Summary -

Our Home Cleaning Operators provide our cleaning services to our valued clients throughout the valley. Their role is to drive to each home and provide the service on time—with excellent quality—every time!

️Key Responsibilities -

Home Cleaning Operators are responsible for:

• Using provided software to manage their schedule and confirm cleaning appointments throughout the week.
• Driving to client homes to provide cleaning services—arriving within the agreed upon time window.
• Purchasing, stocking, managing, and maintaining their own personal cleaning supply kit to be used when performing the service.
• Speaking professionally and respectfully to clients—when the need arises.
• Performing a variety of cleaning types—from touch-ups to deep cleaning.
• Communicating with management in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.

Job Requirements -

Home Cleaning Operators are required to:

• Be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Speak English
• Live and work in Utah
• Submit to a personal background check
• Provide and drive their own vehicle
• Provide and use their own cleaning supplies, microfiber towels and other tools
• Provide and use their own device to access company software
• Have previously cleaned professionally

Shiny Llama Home Cleaning -

Shiny Llama was founded in 2025 in Utah. We’re a small, local business operating out of Sandy UT. We provide reliable and quality cleaning services for home owners all across the Utah Valley and Salt Lake City areas.

Our main focus is People. We strive for each of our clients to feel that we know and understand their needs on a personal basis—and are here to help ease their burdens.

We strive to build and maintain a team of self-driven excellent cleaning professionals who enjoy a high degree of control over their role and their income.

We have ambitious goals for 2026 and we’re looking for cleaners that want the opportunity to start taking control over their income!

$ - Salary & Benefits -

Home Cleaning Operators are 1099 private contractors. They are required to withhold their own taxes and provide a w-4 to sign with us.

Home Cleaning Operators are paid by the job—not by the hour. Each job is worth a flat amount that will be disclosed in advance.

• Most cleaning companies pay by the hour—capping the potential income of their cleaners.
• We pay a flat fee to encourage efficient and effective cleaning—not wasting valuable time.
• Your only limit with Shiny Llama is how many jobs are available, and how many you can take on!

As of now—we can offer part time only. We currently estimate an average of $600-$700 per week in revenue.

We provide additional compensation for driving between jobs to contribute to gas and maintenance costs.

Working Hours - Schedule -

• Hours of operation are 8AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday each week.
• We are closed on Sundays. Enjoy the guaranteed day off!
• As of now—we can provide 15-20 hours per Home Cleaning Operator on average.
• As we expand, these hours will increase.
