Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Gemstone Innovation located in Sandy, UT. The role involves driving innovation in the gemstone industry through strategic planning, developing valuable partnerships, conducting in-depth research, and overseeing key projects to ensure successful execution. Additionally, this position requires identifying market trends, spearheading innovative product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting industry and market data
• Expertise in Strategic Planning and identifying opportunities for growth within the gemstone industry
• Proven ability in Project Management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of innovative initiatives
• Experience in building and maintaining Strategic Partnerships within related industries or markets
• Demonstrated capacity for conducting thorough Research to inform decision-making and identify innovation avenues
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments for alignment and execution
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Gemology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with in the gemstone, jewelry, or luxury goods industries is a plus
