Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring efficient and effective management, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of successful operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the operations of all properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Monitor property budgets and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  • Hire, train, and supervise property management staff, including property managers, maintenance technicians, and administrative personnel
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and competitive pricing
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in an operations management role
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting systems
  • Proven experience in budget management and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to property management
