Position:
Senior Project Manager – Sandy, UT (serves customers in greater Salt Lake City, UT area)
As a Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate and deliver multiple simultaneous building automation projects across hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities. You will manage fiscal and overall project oversight, ensuring timely completion, client satisfaction, resource allocation, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities- Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand project intentions and establish comprehensive schedules.
- Oversee procurement of supplies and materials, actively participating in cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency.
- Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors, coordinating their activities to align with project scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements.
- Conduct orientations for project technicians, providing all necessary documentation such as scope of work, technical drawings, and application-engineered diagrams.
- Track project resources and progress, documenting events that impact schedule, scope, and overall efficiency, and pursue opportunities for change orders.
- Coordinate billing with the accounting team and Operations Manager, schedule commissioning resources, expedite mark‑ups for as‑built development, and ensure timely completion of close‑out documentation.
- High School Diploma or state‑recognized GED.
- 3+ years of construction project management experience, with hands‑on experience supporting project execution, subcontractor coordination, schedule and cost controls, and delivery of projects per contract requirements.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; meet eligibility requirements for Siemens’ fleet vehicle program.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of project management experience within the HVAC controls industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry applications.
- Familiarity with industry‑standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.

PayPay range: $83,966 – $140,942 annually, with target incentive up to 10% of base salary.
