As the Imaging Manager
, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering advanced diagnostic imaging services while collaborating with veterinarians, board-certified radiologists, and some of North America's premier cross-sectional imaging and neuroimaging specialists

- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop imaging technicians and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct coaching, performance feedback, and competency development.
- Support technician career progression and continuing education.

- Maintain the highest standards for imaging quality, anesthesia, patient safety, and procedural consistency.
