As the Imaging Manager
, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering advanced diagnostic imaging services while collaborating with veterinarians, board-certified radiologists, and some of North America's premier cross-sectional imaging and neuroimaging specialists
. You’ll help ensure every patient receives safe, compassionate care while driving imaging quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with veterinarians and radiologists to support outstanding diagnostic outcomes.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and patient experience.

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop imaging technicians and support staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Conduct coaching, performance feedback, and competency development.

• Maintain the highest standards for imaging quality, anesthesia, patient safety, and procedural consistency.
