Responsibilities- Operate multiple processes on high‑speed automated or semi‑automated manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in all equipment changeovers or setups.
- Monitor processes to ensure high‑quality production.
- Remove defective product from automated or semi‑automated processes.
- Conduct on‑the‑job training for other associates.
- Participate in self‑directed work responsibilities, including attendance, scheduling, and compliance audits.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment.
- Maintain open communication to resolve problems or changes in a timely manner.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
- Determine the cause of quality issues and take appropriate action per task documents.
- Perform Process Control Operator duties as needed.
- Work overtime as required by the department.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities including 5S, blitzes, Shift Start‑up, and updating PVD boards.
- Improve through the KAS program and meet departmental goals.
- Comply with all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, including RCRA Hazardous Waste regulations.
- Apply BD quality policies and procedures through consistent quality assurance principles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Meet or exceed department KAS completion goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Effective written and oral communication skills (English), basic math skills, and interpersonal skills.
- 1–2 years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
- Good dexterity and coordination required.

Workplace RequirementsMost roles require a minimum of four days of in‑office presence per week. Remote or field‑based positions have different arrangements.
