Flexographic Press Operator

Join our Sandy printing operation as a Flexographic Press Operator earning $20/hour on a Monday-Friday day shift. We're looking for an experienced operator to produce high-quality prints on diverse materials from paper to metallic films.

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses for various substrates including paper, plastics, fabrics, and metallic films
• Mount and align printing plates to achieve precise registration and print quality
• Select, mix, and adjust ink colors to match customer specifications
• Monitor material tension and alignment throughout production runs
• Perform quality checks to ensure consistent print standards
• Troubleshoot press issues and make adjustments to maintain production flow
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate job records
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment

• 1+ years of flexographic press operation experience
• Hands‑on experience with flexographic printing equipment and processes
• Ability to read and interpret print specifications and job tickets
• Strong attention to detail for quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Experience with multiple substrate types
• Knowledge of ink mixing and color matching
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$20.00 per hour
