Kinsa Group is hiring a Production Manager in Salt Lake City, UT, responsible for overseeing multiple production lines in a snack food manufacturing facility. This role requires leadership in managing a team of 45–60 associates to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in food manufacturing, including strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of Lean/TPS practices. A B.S. in Industrial Engineering is preferred. Attractive compensation package includes a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000, along with bonuses and benefits.
