BD is seeking a manufacturing shift supervisor to lead a molding line, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement on a rotating 12-hour shift from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM. You will mentor associates, manage staffing, training and attendance, and partner with teams to meet performance goals.
In this role you will supervise line metrics, support root cause analysis, ensure GMP and PPE compliance, and spend most time on the production floor assisting staff and operations
