Cookie Flex Operator, 2nd shift

General Summary

Entry level production worker duties.

• Manual handling of product.
• Visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices.
• Adhere to supervisory instructions and schedule on different lines as needed.
• Perform cupping and packaging duties on a conveyor belt setting, including dropping and separating paper cups, filling each cup with the correct number of cookies, using both hands, and rotating sides of the belt.
• Stand for entire shift and perform repetitive motion of hand, arm, and shoulders.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Work hours 2:50am to 11pm, may work most Sundays.
• Speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform essential functions.

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1‑year production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience.

• Starting rate: $22.65 per hour (full‑time).
• Individual base pay depends on location and other factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training.
• Pay may include other forms of compensation.
