BD is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead a molding line on a rotating 12‑hour shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while advancing BD Excellence initiatives. You will mentor teammates, coordinate staffing and attendance, drive continuous improvement, resolve production issues, and maintain production metrics on downtime and scrap while on the production floor.
Required:
high school diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing experience; preferred:
Bachelor's degree and 1+ year
