Director of Brand Management

VMG NeXT is looking for a high-level professional to help protect, strengthen, and expand the company’s image, relationships, communication, and presence.

This is not a sales role.

This is a relationship, branding, communication, and storytelling role designed for someone who understands professionalism, presentation, people, and execution.

The Brand & Relationship Coordinator will work closely with leadership to strengthen VMG NeXT’s professional presence, support client relationships, showcase company culture, and help tell the story of our projects, people, and growth.

This person will help elevate how VMG NeXT is seen internally and externally.

• Brand Presence
• Manage VMG NeXT Linked In and professional visibility
• Capture and showcase project milestones, culture, and leadership
• Maintain consistent company messaging and presentation
• Coordinate branding opportunities at events and job sites
• Maintain communication touchpoints with General Contractors and partners
• Coordinate lunches, meetings, networking events, and follow-ups
• Support long-term relationship building and customer experience
• Assist with appreciation
• Document projects, company growth, and team wins
• Create visual and written storytelling content
• Highlight VMG NeXT safety culture and execution quality
• Support recruiting efforts through media and presentation
• Assist with presentations and capability statements
• Prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events
• Support internal and external communication flow
• Help maintain a polished and professional company image
• Support leadership relationship-building efforts
• Help maintain communication with key clients and partners
