Position Overview

As a Nonprofit Fundraising Representative, you will represent approved nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. You’ll engage with individuals in person, explain the nonprofit’s mission, answer questions, and invite supporters to participate in recurring donations where applicable.

This is a full-time, in-person, performance-based fundraising role that involves public interaction and standing for extended periods.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at approved events and community locations
• Engage the public through friendly, professional, face-to-face conversations
• Educate potential supporters about nonprofit missions and programs
• Encourage enrollment in recurring donations when applicable
• Track daily activity and performance goals with your team leader
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
• Maintain professionalism, brand standards, and compliance guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people in a public setting
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event shifts

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or fundraising
• Interest in nonprofit work, community outreach, or marketing

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (optional weekend availability)
• Work Setting:
  In-person, event-based at local venues and community locations

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly base pay starting at $253.75/week, plus uncapped commission
• Average weekly earnings range from $700–$1,400+, based on individual performance
• Commission is earned through successful face-to-face donor enrollments
• Earnings beyond base pay are commission-based and not guaranteed
• Benefits may include Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
