Location: Remote / Near Sandy, Utah

Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per week (remote), one team meeting per week (remote) & All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.

Unpaid Volunteer Role

Momivate is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering mothers as they raise the next generation. We provide resources, community, and inspiration to help moms thrive in every season of motherhood. We’re looking for volunteers to help with our Mothering Convention on October 10, 2026.

• Seeks out and coordinates vendors (both booths and gift bag/coupon ads).
• Works with Marketing/Sponsor ships Chair Mom (sponsors often provide forms of advertising)
• Works with Speaker Chair Mom (many speakers are vendors)
• Compendium Chair Mom (for ads in the directory).

• Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
• Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
• Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
• Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.

• Contribute to a mission that supports and celebrates mothers
• Expand your portfolio with purpose-driven design work
• Collaborate with a passionate, supportive team
• Receive recognition and appreciation for your creative contributions
