About this role:
As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will join Alta View Womens Specialists, a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.?
You will be based at Alta View Hospital campus in Sandy, Utah. We are an established group practice of four physicians and five CNMs. Our CNMs provide comprehensive health care for women, with a particular emphasis on wellness and patient choice.
On an as-needed basis, the PRN CNM will provide care in clinic, attend births, and round with mother/baby and antepartum patients in hospital. Our CNMs work at the top of their scope of licensure, admitting, caring for, and discharging patients from inpatient care. As a group practice sharing patients, we work in a highly collaborative model, consulting and collaborating with one another on a consistent basis.
With this being a PRN position, hours worked will be variable dependent on patient care and department needs.
What youll bring:
Current Utah state license as a Certified Nurse Midwife
Certification as a Nurse Midwife
Utah State Controlled Substance
Federal DEA Certificate II through V
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
Prior CNM experience highly preferred
