Why This Role MattersIn this role, you'll serve on the front lines of employee health, delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting workplace safety initiatives, and ensuring timely treatment for both acute and work-related conditions. As a PRN provider, you'll help ensure seamless healthcare coverage when additional clinical support is needed.
What You'll Do- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute medical conditions, including prescribing medications per guidelines
- Assess and treat workplace injuries and emergency situations
- Conduct physical exams, including annual and wellness evaluations
- Review and sign off on travel medicine recommendations
- Administer allergy shots and other preventative treatments
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with strong clinical judgment and emergency response capabilities
- Collaborate with the onsite health team to support employee wellness and occupational health initiatives
- A current, up-to-date resume
- ACLS, CPR, and AED certifications
- Prescriptive authority in the practicing state
- Collaborative physician relationship if required by state regulations
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and emergency care skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying coverage needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
