As a Lead Veterinary Technician
, you'll combine advanced clinical expertise with servant leadership, helping deliver safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging while mentoring fellow technicians, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Working alongside veterinarians, board-certified radiologists, and some of North America's premier cross-sectional imaging and neuroimaging specialists

What You'll DoLead Exceptional Patient Care
  • Oversee patient preparation, anesthesia, monitoring, and recovery for advanced imaging procedures.
  • Ensure safe, compassionate, and consistent patient care throughout each visit.
  • Support complex imaging cases while maintaining exceptional patient safety standards.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for technicians and veterinary assistants.
Support Advanced Imaging Services
  • Support MRI, CT, ultrasound, radiography, and nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Ensure imaging workflows are efficient, safe, and consistent.
  • Maintain anesthesia and imaging equipment readiness.
  • Assist with troubleshooting clinical and workflow challenges as they arise.
Mentor & Develop the Team
  • Provide day-to-day mentorship and coaching for technicians and veterinary assistants.
  • Support onboarding and competency development.
  • Reinforce clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Support Clinical Operations
  • Assist with workflow coordination and daily case assignments.
  • Support equipment quality assurance and inventory oversight.
  • Help maintain SOP compliance and patient safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and the client experience.
