Job Description & How to Apply Below
Renegade Medical Extrusion is looking for a precision-driven Logistics & Quality Documentation Coordinator to manage the flow of materials and the integrity of our paperwork. This hybrid role blends hands‑on shipping and receiving with meticulous document control—ensuring every shipment, inspection, and SOP is accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready. If you can handle both the physical and digital sides of the supply chain with cowboy‑level grit and grace, we want you in the saddle.
Responsibilities- Shipping & Receiving:
- Prepare and process outbound shipments with correct packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers to meet delivery deadlines.
- Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, and inspect for quality and accuracy.
- Stage and label received goods for inventory or production use.
- Quality Documentation:
- Complete and maintain quality paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials, including inspection records and lot traceability.
- Compile and archive Lot History Records (LHRs), Certificates of Conformance (COCs), and batch records.
- Ensure documentation aligns with ISO 13485 and customer specifications.
- Document Control:
- Manage controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, travelers, and quality forms.
- Maintain version control and ensure timely routing, approval, and release of documentation.
- Administer electronic document control systems and support internal/external audits.
- System & Process Oversight:
- Utilize document control platforms to track shipments, inventory, and quality records.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance.
- Cross‑Functional Communication:
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure smooth material flow and documentation handoffs.
- Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, and documentation issues.
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, document control, or quality administration—medical manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and GMP documentation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar software.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification a bonus.
- A chance to be part of a Renegade team redefining medical extrusion manufacturing.
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- Opportunities for growth, innovation, and industry recognition.
- A culture that values bold ideas, technical mastery, and collaborative grit.
