Top ENR GC looking for a QA/QC Manager for a large Data Center ground up build in Utah.

Salary: $90,000 - $175,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team in the fast‑paced and ever‑evolving construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) related to the construction and operation of our data centers. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a mission‑critical environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the QA/QC program for the construction and operation of data centers.

Ensure quality standards are met and maintained by monitoring and inspecting construction processes and materials.

Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure that QA/QC procedures are understood and followed at all stages of the project.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with the QA/QC program.

Prepare and present quality reports to management, identifying any areas of non‑compliance and recommending corrective actions.

Train and guide team members on QA/QC procedures and best practices.

Continually review and update QA/QC procedures and practices to reflect changes in the industry and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure quality standards are met across all aspects of the project.

Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts related to quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA/QC managerial role, preferably within the construction industry.

Proven experience in managing QA/QC for data center construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control principles.

Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Professional certifications in Quality Management or a related field would be an advantage.
