Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the branch
- Provide contract and business practice support
- Offer mentorship and conduct training sessions
- Ensure compliance with procedures and manage paperwork
- Recruit and retain new agents with profit-sharing opportunities
- Foster strong professional relationships with agents
- Extensive knowledge of real estate contracts and business practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Well-organized with keen attention to detail
- Previous management experience in a real estate-related role preferred but not required
