This position is full-time
, but the schedule will vary depending on the needs of the restaurant.
In this position, you will handle a wide variety of responsibilities. Executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives will be essential to the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities also include managing the restaurant floor and ensuring regular contact with guests, maintaining guest complaints within acceptable limits and handling any concerns in a professional and timely manner, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, recruitment, training, and retention of employees, adherence to current SOP and operations plan, ongoing coaching, administration of the restaurant hourly compensation plan, documentation of performance problems;
ensuring food meets SOP specifications, recipes, plating, garnishes, and is served at appropriate temperatures within standard ticket times; maintaining adequate levels of supplies; ordering food timely, keeping inventory minimal, avoiding stockouts; overseeing operational condition of equipment, building structure, premises; ensuring compliance with federal regulations and SOP; sanitation practices, security measures, implementation of national and local marketing promotions; completion of all required reports and paperwork.
REQUIRED?
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak and read English
- Basic math skills
