The role oversees all aspects of daily food preparation in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and supports year-round needs for players and staff.
Ideal candidates hold a culinary degree or certification, 3-5+ years of kitchen experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and a Serv Safe permit within 30 days of hire.
