Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. PURPOSE OF POSITION:A Cook I is responsible for cooking a'la carte, buffet style set-ups and service, line set-ups,and serving Deer Valley Guests.
** You will be supporting one of several restaurant locations**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare food promptly in accordance with instructions given by the supervisor and established production standards and time constraints
- Keep service lanes spotless, change containers as needed, and ensure food selections are well stocked and appropriately garnished
- Prompt, friendly, and efficient guest service
- Properly label, store, and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
- Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs. andstand for long periods of time
- Able to withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/repetitive movements and reach with hands/arms to handle objects, tools, or controls

PAY RATE:
- Pay:$20.00 per hour
