Server, Server​/Wait Staff

You must be 21 years of age to apply due to alcohol service.

To provide friendly, prompt and professional service to club members and guests. To display knowledge of menu items, beverages available, club events and amenities. Required to restock items as needed and maintain a clean, organized, efficient workspace.

• Provide a friendly professional greeting to members upon seating
• Distributes menus, if applicable
• Takes beverage and meal orders
• Correctly enters orders and all pertinent information into the POS system and properly close ticket.
• Serves all ordered items and beverages
• Performs set up, stocking, clean up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating and accommodating guests needs to the best of your abilities
• Removes plates and glasses from table as necessary
• Consistently follows all sales and income procedures
• Handles all cash, credit card and member changes as prescribed by the standard operating procedures
• Advises supervisor of complaints if they occur
• Attends per-meal meetings as required
• Consistently complies with all state local and club laws/policies relating to the service of alcohol.
• Preform all other duties assigned

• The nature of this position is physical and requires long periods of time standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, turning, reaching and balancing.

Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials.
