Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple units in Utah. You will work closely with restaurant leaders in your area, visiting sites 2–3 days at a time to coach and guide performance, while driving sales and controlling labor and food costs.
A strong focus on developing teams and building a positive, energetic culture is essential. You will mentor leaders, ensure staffing, and help create a bench of future leaders in a fast-paced environment.
