Sales Lead Opportunity

As a Sales Lead, you'll be an integral part of our store's day-to-day operations, working closely with the management team to create memorable moments for guests.

• Lead by example and provide top‑notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures.
• Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members.

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Merchandising experience, able to organize and present products in an engaging manner.
• A friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages and proactively showcasing products.

• Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
