Route Sales Rep

Responsibilities

On the Dot Distribution is a small local distributor who does full service to Harmon’s Grocery Stores. This job will be servicing 3-5 stores on a rotating schedule.

Our warehouse address is 9270 S. Sandy Parkway Suite E, Sandy, Utah 84070.

Pay will be $26‑32 an hour.

Working 3-5 stores: ordering, checking in product and merchandising shelves and working with grocery store managers to fulfill all our product service requirements.

Working with ordering Apps on phone and OIS System.

Using a laptop at the warehouse to print and adjust invoices.

Ability to lift 20‑30 pounds multiple times during the day.

Grow sales thru acquiring store displays and earn more income.

YOU will help ensure customer satisfaction by:

• Safely and efficiently stock new or changing products by following the store schematic (training provided)
• Clean, straighten or assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines
• Check code dates, rotate products that may be old or slow moving and remove unsaleable items
• Re-tag shelves in the store
• Building / picking Orders
• Working with store Managers to increase Business
• Doing a Good Job and Having Fun with it

• Ability to work with others on a team and communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Ability to periodically lift up to 50 pounds (25 to 50 pounds)
• Reliability is a must
• Working in a grocery store experience preferred but not required

Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.
