Job Description

The essential Racks Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment, sharing a passion for beauty trends while helping customers discover great deals.

• Share your love of beauty trends and provide product knowledge to customers.
• Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while uncovering the great deals they are looking for.
• Maintain a clean sales floor, complete inventory processes, and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re‑merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.

Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and handling merchandise. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$17.05 – $17.75 per hour.
