Retail Sales Manager

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a high energy store team delivering durable, functional workwear and outdoor apparel. In this role, you will drive sales performance, coach and schedule associates, and ensure outstanding, humorous, down to earth customer service. You'll oversee merchandising, inventory accuracy, and visual standards that showcase our innovative gear. The manager will analyze sales reports, manage KPIs, control shrink, and maintain a safe, well organized store.
