American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards on the floor. You will drive Floorset execution, manage daily merchandising, and ensure the guest experience remains outstanding through replenishment and presentation.
In this role you will train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to keep the store looking fresh and aligned with AE’s standards.
