Join Duluth Trading Company as a Seasonal Retail Associate and help customers gear up with durable, functional workwear and outdoor apparel. You'll greet and assist shoppers, share product features and fit guidance, process sales and returns, restock shelves, and maintain clean, organized displays. Support inventory counts, signage changes, and seasonal promotions while upholding loss prevention and cash handling standards. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service on the sales floor
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fit for apparel and gear
• Operate POS system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts following store policies
• Restock shelves and sales floor, ensuring products are neat and organized
• Support merchandising, signage changes, and seasonal floor sets
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Follow loss prevention and security procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales and service goals
