Retail Supervisor

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a hands-on Retail Hourly Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store associates to meet sales and service goals
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and shift changes
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
• Create and adjust daily work schedules to meet traffic and labor targets
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a friendly, solution-focused experience
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and fitting room standards
• Communicate daily priorities and performance expectations to the team
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Report key shift metrics to store management
