Game Stop - 9183 Village Shop Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and recommending additional items;
Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and maintaining organized, merchandised selling floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder in a timely manner
