Overview
As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the strategic engine behind the Fair Com Sales department. You won’t just manage data; you will architect a high-performance, data-driven environment that empowers our teams.
By optimizing our CRM, Hub Spot, and streamlining cross-functional workflows, you’ll provide the real-time insights—from prospective pipelines to subscription renewals—that drive our global growth. We are looking for a systems-thinker who loves turning complex data into actionable sales strategies.
* This is an in-office position in either of our offices in Sandy, UT, or Columbia, MO, with opportunities for a hybrid schedule post-onboarding.
- Own the sales data integrity of Hub Spot and other sales systems by monitoring, compiling, and updating info to ensure a single source of truth. This includes contact information, contracted services, applicable products, and/or special discount agreements found in purchase orders, email correspondence, phone call notes, etc.
- Help improve sales processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement by creating & improving Hub Spot workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and driving productivity in the sales organization.
- Maintain and improve sales reports & forecasting models, create dashboards for KPIs, and track sales targets to monitor team performance.
- Partner with Account Owners to manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions from initial notice to final invoiced payments.
- Assists in onboarding new Sales Representatives by providing training on Hub Spot, sales processes, and other sales tools.
- Assist in the overall Sales pipeline, identifying weaknesses and improving processes over time in collaboration with members of the sales & marketing organizations.
- Must have 1+ years of experience working with Hub.
- Must have 3+ years of Revenue Operations experience, including dashboard building and other custom reports.
- Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
