EZ is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support growth of our EZ Bolt product line within the electrical distribution channel.
This role focuses on outbound sales activity, distributor engagement, contractor follow‑up, lead qualification, and supporting account growth across the electrical market. The ISR will work closely with distributors, contractors, and the outside sales team to help drive account penetration, contractor pull‑through demand, and overall sales growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, competitive, and comfortable spending much of the day communicating with customers by phone, email, and video calls.

- OTE: $125k - $150k
- Competitive base salary plus commission

This role is designed to reward activity, pipeline generation, account growth, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to electrical distributors and contractors
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Support onboarding of new distributor accounts
- Generate pull‑through demand with contractors and installers
- Follow up on inbound leads and sample requests
- Build relationships with distributor inside and outside sales teams
- Support branch‑level sales initiatives and promotions
- Coordinate product trainings and customer follow‑up
- Help maintain visibility and engagement across distributor locations
- Support account development and customer follow‑up
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity (Hub Spot experience preferred)
- Provide timely quote follow‑up and customer communication
- Assist with forecasting, sales reporting, and opportunity tracking
- Monitor customer feedback and competitor activity
- Share market insights and customer needs with leadership
- Support new product launches and sales initiatives
- 2+ years of B2B sales or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer engagement
- Self‑motivated and able to operate independently
- CRM experience preferred (Hub Spot preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Electrical distribution industry experience
- Experience supporting contractor‑driven sales
- Familiarity with electrical products or construction‑related industries
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
