We’re looking for hungry, high-energy Door-to-Door Sales Setters who thrive in the field, love talking to people, and want to earn based on performance.

Lead Generation (Setter Role)
- Knock residential neighborhoods to generate qualified homeowner leads
- Introduce Nova Windows and spark interest in window/door upgrades
- Set in-home or virtual appointments for consultations
- Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, home value, and product benefits
- Run in-home consultations and present tailored solutions
- Walk homeowners through product options, pricing, and installation process
- Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach
- Close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team
- Premium windows and doors designed for durability, efficiency, and aesthetics
- Professional installation with start-to-finish project management
- Long-term value including warranties and workmanship guarantees
- You’re selling a high-demand home improvement product (not a commodity)
- Warm, consultative sales process - not pushy, transactional selling
- Strong brand focus on quality, trust, and customer satisfaction
- Confident communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction
- Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with rejection
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic (this is performance-based)
- Positive attitude with a competitive edge
- Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Door-to-door, outside sales, or appointment setting experience
- Home improvement, solar, roofing, or construction sales is a strong plus
- Experience with high-ticket or in-home closing is highly valued
