Spavia Sandy is hiring Guest Advisors to join our front desk team. We are looking for outgoing, professional team members who enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment.

• Hourly base pay: $14-$18 (based on experience)
• Membership sales commissions
• Retail sales commissions
• Performance-based bonuses

Earn hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses. Actual compensation varies based on schedule, performance, and sales results. Transparent pay ranges provided during interview process.

As a Guest Advisor, you are the first and last impression of the spa. You will support guest scheduling, membership sales, retail recommendations, and ensure every guest receives a five-star experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales or hospitality experience preferred
