Hyundai Southtowne, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Sales Advisor that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. This role requires a natural ability to build relationships, be persuasive, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow‑up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects from web leads, phone leads, and in‑store inquiries.
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships with others.
• Easygoing, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others.
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a valid in‑state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
