Starlink Sales Specialist

Pay: $18/hr base pay, bonus up to $4/hr performance bonus, total up to $22/hr earning potential.

Schedule:

16‑20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday availability required. Dates: 7/27/26‑11/01/26.

In this role, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products. As the subject‑matter expert, you will provide an interactive and informative shopping experience, building relationships within a retail environment and applying a technology‑first mindset.

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services, helping them enhance their internet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the best Starlink service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to team success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically, submitting daily reports.
• Work primarily Friday‑Sunday shifts, coordinating with store operations.
• Adapt to local retail environments, respect hierarchies, and adhere to policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate, and guide the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Owns smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time.
