Role OverviewAs the Manager, Sales Development, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) tasked with generating new business opportunities. You will develop your team’s skills, drive pipeline growth, and ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing. Coaching your team to exceed quotas while preparing them for their next career steps is a key focus.
Impact- Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, and manage a high‑performing team of SDRs.
- Coaching: Conduct weekly 1:1s, live call coaching, and messaging reviews to improve conversion rates and professional development.
- Strategy: Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to refine our Target Account Framework and ensure SDRs target the right personas within our ICP.
- Execution: Drive team activity and performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
- Operational Excellence: Manage and report on team metrics, ensuring CRM hygiene and effective use of our sales engagement stack.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless hand‑off of qualified opportunities and alignment on territory strategy.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales development leadership or a consistent track record as a top‑performing Senior SDR/Team Lead.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

We operate on a NiCE‑FLEX hybrid model: 2 days working from the office and 3 days remote each week. Office days focus on face‑to‑face meetings and collaborative thinking.
