NiCE is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager, Onboarding, to build structured onboarding for our client-facing teams (SDR, AE, Pre‑sales, Partners) and accelerate reps’ ramp time, confidence in the sales motion, and early quota attainment.
In this role you will design and deliver onboarding programs, run bootcamps and live training sessions, create playbooks and ramp curricula, and collaborate with Sales Leadership to define ramp milestones and success metrics.
