Paramount Sales Consultant

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Paramount Sales Consultant to grow wholesale wine and spirits sales within an assigned territory. You will manage key on- and off-premise accounts, expand distribution, and activate brand programs for a diverse portfolio of leading beverage alcohol brands. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, conducting sales calls, negotiating placements, and analyzing performance data. You'll collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams, provide staff trainings and tastings, and ensure full compliance with beverage alcohol regulations while representing our people-first, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and volume targets
• Build and maintain relationships with on- and off-premise accounts
• Present and promote Southern Glazer's portfolio and brand programs
• Negotiate pricing, placements, and promotional opportunities
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and gaps
• Collaborate with suppliers, marketing, and operations on local programs
• Ensure accurate forecasting, ordering, and merchandising standards
• Conduct staff trainings, tastings, and product education for customers
• Maintain CRM records, call schedules, and sales reporting
• Uphold compliance with all alcohol beverage laws and company policies
