Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Sandy, UT. This is a sales-focused, full-cycle staffing role for someone who enjoys building client relationships, winning new business, and connecting talented professionals with the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, Linked In outreach, networking, and client relationship building.
- Meet with hiring decision-makers to understand workforce challenges and recommend tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service expectations to close profitable new business.
- Recruit, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to open client positions.
- Manage client accounts to drive repeat business, strengthen relationships, and grow revenue.
- Track activity, manage pipelines, and consistently work toward sales and recruiting performance goals.
- Salary: $50,000 per year.

- Manage the full sales and recruitment cycle from prospecting through placement.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred in B2B sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or high-volume customer-facing sales.
- Strong outbound sales ability with confidence making calls, networking, and pursuing new opportunities.
- Consultative communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions and build trust with decision-makers.
- Negotiation skills and comfort discussing rates, terms, margins, and client expectations.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building, follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to balance business development, recruiting activity, client service, and candidate communication.
- Prior staffing, recruiting, or employment agency experience.
- Experience using Linked In, CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, or sales pipeline tools.
- Existing knowledge of the local Sandy, UT or greater Salt Lake area business market.
- Previous success in a commission-based or performance-driven sales environment.
