Sr Manager of Cybersecurity Engineering

** LOCATION
* * Mountain America Center - Hybrid:9800 S Monroe St  Sandy, UT 84070
** SCHEDULE
* * Full Time To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.

Work with incident response and threat intelligence teams to engineer detection logic, improve telemetry quality, and strengthen investigative capabilities. Ensure security engineering activities adhere to internal policies, architecture guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

** Education and Experience
** 6+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with deep expertise in security engineering, platform management, and technical implementation. At least 1 year of experience as a direct manager.  Proven ability to operationalize cybersecurity frameworks and implement enterprise-grade security controls.  Experience collaborating with Cybersecurity Architecture & other IT teams to ensure aligned and scalable engineering outcomes. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
** Knowledge & Skills
** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design resilient solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities and threats.  Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate engineering concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with IT, development, cloud, legal, compliance, and executive leadership. Uses deep knowledge of threat intelligence, security controls, and engineering methodologies to design effective security solutions.
