Concrete Crew, Construction Labor / Trades, Building Maintenance, Heavy Equipment Operator
Individuals will perform tasks involving physical labor on general construction projects to include: concrete finishing, concrete lifting and cutting, and misc. landscape work. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, tie rebar, dig trenches, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers. Looking for experienced finishers for sidewalk, curb and gutter and ADA.
Pay scale is dependent upon experience.
Key areas of Responsibility:
Preform quality work, at a productive rate with minimal supervision. Follow company safety policies, Show up to job site on time and ready to work.
Working knowledge and demonstrated skill with regard to:
Concrete Forming and Finishing. Proper use of hand and power tools as they pertain to each task or surface treatment. Knowledge of slump, concrete testing, additives, curing procedures, spec requirements , weather conditions and their effect on job conditions and finishing procedures. Experience in setting forms using a wide variety of materials and forming systems. Must have knowledge of proper cross slopes and acceptable tolerances of all sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs driveways, and other concrete structures.
